Feed costs are one of the largest parts of Betta fish farming, especially during the early stages when high-quality natural feed is needed. Meanwhile, catfish farming and processing produce organic waste that can be reused as a useful resource. This study aims to examine waste flows in the aquaculture supply chain, find out how catfish waste can be used as raw material for natural feed, calculate the added economic value and feed cost savings, and create a circular economy model for aquaculture among Betta fish farmers in Jatikelar Village, Kediri Regency, East Java. The study uses a mixed-methods case study approach, including observation, detailed interviews, and business document review. The analysis was done using supply chain mapping, Hayami's value-added analysis, and cost-efficiency analysis. Results show that catfish farming and processing waste can be used to cultivate infusoria and Daphnia/Moina, which serve as natural food for Betta fish. Using natural feed can lower feed costs, improve fish quality, increase business profits, and add economic value. The findings led to a circular aquaculture economy model that combines catfish farming, natural feed production, and Betta fish farming to improve efficiency and sustainability in aquaculture businesses.
